LEWA expands check range of container check bench

German pump manufacturer LEWA has expanded the check range of its specially developed container take a look at bench to take care of sizzling or explosive fluids.
The take a look at bench was initially launched in December 2018 but Lewa has so far only used water as the conveyed medium for testing and verifying pump capabilities. Many of the fluids Lewa offers with are ranked as supercritical by way of explosion hazard and employee safety, so the company has now expanded its check vary to cover most of these media.
In ความหมายของเครื่องวัดความดัน to an experimental area of explosion protection Zone 1 where the test experiments take place, the container also features a protected control room without explosion hazard for housing the drive and control tools. Supercritical fluids such as gasoline, methanol, acetone or nitrocellulose thinner are used in the check chamber, whose interior may be seen by way of gas-tight glass panes, at course of temperatures of up to 80°C and a maximum amount of 200 l. A high-resolution knowledge recording system ensures correct monitoring and results.
The preliminary test has been carried out on the system to examine diaphragm clampings for micro-leakage using a low-viscosity fluid and the the Lewa Ecoflow LDG3 type with an M9 pump head.
