US industrial distributor and service provider OTC Industrial Technologies has acquired ePumps, a Tulsa, Oklahoma-headquartered provider of pumps, mechanical seals, vacuum systems and compressors.

ePumps can also be a full-service supplier of all types of rotating gear, with in-house and area service capabilities. The firm has three locations serving Oklahoma and the Texas Panhandle space and a staff of 28 employees.

OTC Industrial Technologies, which is headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, now has nearly 65 places throughout the United States, and greater than forty service outlets. ePumps expands OTC’s workforce to greater than 1600 employees.
