Cheung Lok-chuen, a chief inspector in Kowloon City, final evening advised South China Morning Post (SCMP) that the lads, aged 25 and 26, were shooting the water weapons at shut range at the Songkran Festival. He said…

Cheung reckons the acts aimed at breaching public peace might have been planned. He added that additional arrests had been possible and the district crime squad is dealing with the case.
