AxFlow has acquired Pumpegruppen A/S, a Danish pump supplier to the chemical, food and pharmaceutical industries and for water remedy and common industrial purposes.

Pumpegruppen is a full-service pump specialist representing brands including Grundfos, Wilden, FTI and Speck. The firm is headquartered in Lyngby, 10 km north of Copenhagen, and has another base in Rønde in Jutland.
“The acquisition of Pumpegruppen is well-aligned with our group technique to expand the product and service providing in Denmark. Pumpegruppen has a robust customer base and a sound progress potential,” said Søren Weihrauch, CEO of AxFlow A/S.
Under the leadership of CEO and former owner Erling Olsen, Pumpegruppen will continue to function underneath its present title while being a half of the AxFlow Group.
