Brussels, August 8, 2022 – Aliaxis SA, a world chief enabling access to water and energy by way of fluid administration solutions, declares the acquisition of Aquarius Spectrum, a novel provider of superior acoustic water leak detection and pipe situation assessment options for water infrastructure. Aquarius Spectrum shall be part of Aliaxis Next, Aliaxis’ newly created division which develops adjoining companies within the area of water administration and preservation.
The revenues of Aquarius Spectrum are under €5 million a year, with a powerful progress potential. The monetary details of this settlement won’t be disclosed.
With this acquisition, Aliaxis further strengthens its options base to tackle the world’s major water-related challenges such as sustainable water management, resilient water infrastructure, access to water, and water for food. Aquarius Spectrum, an Israel-based expertise firm, has developed ground-breaking techniques that proactively monitor water distribution networks.
