Krohne has launched its OPTIBAR PSM 1010 and OPTIBAR PSM 2010 ultra-compact stress switches for absolute and gauge stress measurement in gases and liquids.

Both devices are designed for fundamental automation applications similar to hydrostatic stage measurement in open tanks, dry-run safety of delivery pumps or pressure monitoring of compressors, hydraulic and pneumatic methods. Target industries embrace meals and beverage, water and wastewater, environmental and OEM course of equipment applications with restricted installation area.
The new switches function a 2-axis (multi-rotatable) display and adjustment module, a robust development (IP67), and fully configurable communication outputs for all attainable configurations: IO-Link and PNP/NPN as normal I/O, and 4…20 mA, 0…10 V or NPN/PNP as secondary output. Both gadgets supply high ranges of temperature stability as a result of superior digital compensation.
Krohne’s OPTIBAR PSM 1010 is appropriate for liquids and gases from zero.1…600 bar/1.5…8700 psi with process temperatures up to +125°C/+257°F and glorious overload resistance.
OPTIBAR PSM 2010 aims at hygienic applications within the meals and beverage industry from 0.1…40 bar/4…580 psi and max. +150°C/+302°F. pressure gauge ลม features a totally welded front-flush diaphragm to satisfy the most stringent industrial requirements when it comes to crevice-free installation with a number of 3A permitted course of connections.
